Q: The watch doesn't receive radio wave. Broken?

A1: Battery may be low.
Please expose the watch to strong light and charge battery.

A2: Please confirm whether the watch is at good position to receive radio wave.

It tends to be difficult to receive radio wave when the watch is between tall buildings, or near home electronic appliances.

■Regarding hand position
Q: The watch does receive radio wave, but doesn't show accurate time. Broken?

A1: When hand position is wrong, this watch cannot show accurate time.
